How to delete your account

1. Open the Hifzan app and sign in.
2. Open Settings (the gear icon at the top right), then tap Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm. If you signed up with email, enter your password.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

What is deleted

Your account information, progress, plans, settings, AI conversations and other app data linked to your account.

What is kept

Recitation recordings are kept without a link to your account. To have them deleted, email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies. If you delete your account, we keep a one-way hashed form of your email, sign-in ID and password, and your subscription status, so a paid subscription can be restored if you come back with the same email and password or the same Apple or Google account.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
